What People Are Saying
One of the best escape rooms in the city! We tried the Chaos Effect room, not too hard but also not easy. Great for 4 or more players! All staff were amazing and really good actors! We also had a ‘halftime shots’ to improve our logical thinking (it didn’t).
Trapped has a lot of rooms available, bar drinks, snacks, board games and function room for corporate parties. Only problem we had was the parking. But we expected that on a Friday night at Kensington.
Definitely coming back!

Absolutely the best Escape rooms I have ever done! My sisters and I did 3 of their rooms in one day back in December! We did the carnival, room 057 and the ancient pyramid. The details are extraordinary, the puzzles were challenging and staff was lovely! We will definitely return!

Did an escape room a while back in December in a small group for "the carnival," and it was super fun and well worth it! They accommodated my needs and everything was very neat, along with noticing that things, including the masks, were sanitized. The staffs were great to interact with, especially our game master, Jayden, who was an absolute joy to talk to before and after our escape room.
Will come back again soon to try out the other rooms!

We visited Trapped three times in 18 days so clearly this isn't going to be a bad review! Having done escape rooms before this is easily the best ones we have done. All the puzzles are challenging but not too hard that it becomes boring. The customer service is excellent and the staff are all incredibly friendly.

WE LOVED ROOM 057! Brilliant puzzles!! Just the right amount of variation and we were very impressed by the creativity! One of the best parts was our host! Thea had the best energy and helped us feel excited and confident prior to even entering the room! (We were nervous heading in and she was supportive and even got us to do some breathing!) She was helpful with hints! Prior to going into the room had asked that our hints not be too helpful, if we had to ask for them. She had a great balance of being helpful, supportive, and fun! Huge thanks Trapped for showing us a great time! Sorry it took ages to put this review in!

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was kind and attentive. The room was challenging but not scary. The facility was fabulously decorated. Overall a great experience for a good team building activity!
